to let you know on how im such a newbie my first problem that i need answers on is mods.

ive downloaded at least 20 mods but i dont know how to make them data files on oblivion launch or whatever. the only thing that ive updated succesfully in is TES CS and moving a cup across the room and flipping it over. YaY . and i saved it and at data files i can chek that off but the other mods that i downloaded wont even appear on the list.

can someone clue me in on where to send these downlaoded mods or how to save em or whatever i have to do to get them to work.

It helps to use the search facility. There are several pinned threads in the General Mod Talk section of the forum one of which gives chapter and verse on how to download mods.
