also i think its a bit unfair that you have to get 3dstudiomax to reskin models like armors in the game

Between 6 and 10 pm in what time zone? I'm on the Pacific Time in the US, so if it's between 6 and 10 in england, then I'm hosed.

i am new to modding morrowind, been only playing itfor a week and i believe i have a pretty good grasp of it, but i believe 3dstudiomax isnt the only program u can use to reskin models. i have Adobe Photshop Elements and i changed some of the skins on my robes with it.

but if ur talking about changing an actual model then i dunno.
