I have been clicking and dagging terrain up for about two hours and I am about to give up. Is there a way to set the terrain raise faster?

...Enable the "Flatten Vertices" option so that you can work from a base height. Also note that Morrowind's simply gigantic rocks provide a viable alternative to making a pure landscape mountain.

If you want it to make it faster, go to File/preferences and set land sensivity multiplier to 5 or so. Hope this helps.
