The problem with that is that people often link to things on youtube, or similar sites which stream content which was not obtained legally. While it is not the fault of the nexus that these things are hosted illegally, it does tend to increase usage from those sites. It also makes another thing which the mods have to check for, since some people may not link to music, or sound files which is suited for younger audiences. And, it just makes loading of ones profile take longer, and some of us don't want to have music blarring when we check on someone's profile... You know, some people do check in from work or something. Point is, is that such a system is too easy to abuse.
