Just out of curiosity, if you give Eno Hlaluu Sanguine items before being able to get Sanguine item quests, will this screw up the quest dialogue? I hope the bethesda boys were able to avoid this doozie (I'm sure you've seen my posts about quest bloopers already).

If you have one when you first meet him the item appears in the dialogue box along with the item he has himself. This happens from first meeting and does not interfere with completing the quest. Whether it works if you have not asked to join the Morag Tong I do not know but can check in my current game and get back to you tomorrow.
