I'm just wondering why the problem exists with three providers out of four.
That's a very good question.
TESNexus seems to fire off emails without any problem (I'm talking about outbound here...reported problems are almost always inbound issues). I'm fairly sure Dark0ne is not filtering outbound mail to block certain mail servers.
When you register, an email will be sent. If you typed your email address properly, it will reach your mail server.
If your mail server is blocking TESNexus for some reason (it really cannot justify this site as a SPAM source because each and every email sent is by request) then you will need to contact your ISP (or mail provider) to get them to unblock it or find out why email is not reaching your account. The other issues is as Dark0ne already pointed out...check your SPAM folder. Sometimes mail servers have their own SPAM filtering service that is automatic and you have to actively visit their site to see what they have blocked from being delivered to you. The second possible SPAM filter is on your email client such as Outlook but they are highly visible in the "junk mail" folder if mail is being placed there.
I know for a fact that TESNexus will send email to GMail (world-wide and web-based), Hotmail (world-wide and web-based), VVM (a local ISP) and Sprint (US phone/ISP carrier).
