ok, robes can be bought in XXL sizes, right?...and it can still give the character its magical powers... so why not have a mod that allows robes to be worn on top of armor?... or is there one out there already?... <<nice emoticon btw...

The only way I can think of doing it is making special armor for the ring/amulet slots, and robes that hide rings as well as amulets. Wouldn't be very practical for fitting more enchantments on, I'm afraid...

you can easily make the robe as armour, in the CS and wear gauntlets and boots with it, unless you're talking about the Black Hand robe, which covers the hands and feet

nah, i want to know if there can be a modder out there who is willing to do something like that, or even someone who knows of a mod that does it already... oh and btw, is there a mod that increases the limit of jewelery that can be worn??

No there is not
But yes there is a robe-over-armor mod out there

there are many mods on TESnexus that puts all robe to the tail slot so you can wear armor underneth the robe (but mager bug as anyone that normaly wears a robe don't)
