I recently joined this site and have only been asking questions. I think its my turn to contribute.
If you have something EXTREMELY expensive and you don't want to bother finding mudcrab or creeper (or they cant afford it), Just barter with an armorer/smith:
1.
GIVE them the expensive item.
2.
TAKE pretty much everything from them, so they can afford it.
This will break down the expensive item into smaller parts (what you bought from them). Now you can sell a few items to several smiths/armorers!
FOR EXAMPLE:
I have glass longsword. Sell it and buy a set of armor. Sell each piece to a different armorer.
Hope this helps!

I don't get it... lol I think there are better ways to get rich. If that of course, I what you were doing by selling a high-priced item..

You know the barter window? How you can give and take stuff? Give him the expensive item, and take enought items from him so that he can afford the transaction. This breaks ONE BIG EXPENSIVE ITEM down into MANY smaller, less expensive items. Now you can sell some to one guy and some to another. Its kind of like breaking the expensive item and selling a part of it to each armorer.

It is best done on creeper. Just sell cheep items to him first since he does not really have any. Rest every time you break his bank and you can get 5k every time.
PS - Creeper is not hard to find, it is easy to find him since he is in caldera and you can just take the mages guild to get to him.

Yea its kind of odd, he's sitting around, with several orcs. I mean, would they be a LITTLE suspicious if there is this undead creature in their room?

When you sell something buy a less exensive i tem or items until you are selling for the value of 5k. This way you get the items and you earn 5k. Next rest or wait for 24hrs and sell the less expensive items beck to him. With this trick you can get all the money.

The k stands for 1000 and it is from the metric system. IT is not show that way in the game but it is easier to type.

I think this has got too wayward for its own good. I am going to lock it but feel free to PM me if you want to add anything. For everyone's info k is an abbreviation for kilo, a prefix meaning 1000 deriving from the ancient Greek word chilioi meaning 1000. Sludgewort, invest in a dictionary, it will awaken you to a whole new world!
