i can't find the next quest on kvatch aftermath. i brought all the improvments with the first guy in the pub and i have done the quest at the trading company where you have to get a ruby but i can't find the next quest can someone help me.

i have tried some random people around the town and talker to the guy you bought the first improvments from but is still can't find the next quest.

If I recall correctly you have to rebuild the slumdistrict and you have to talk to the fellow
