Um Im new to the whole modding thing and I was wondering if there was anyway I could make my own mods =) lol

Anyone with a PC can make mods. The first thing you need is the construction set (abbreviated CS) it's available free at the Bethesda site here: http://www.elderscrolls.com/images/utiliti...liv-front01.jpg

A good tutorial on how to use it is located on the wiki, here: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Main_Page
I recommend going through the entire beginners guide first. Then start with a small simple mod and build on that.

Learn the other modding tools as you need them as not all are needed for every mod.

OBLIVION MOD MANAGER IS A GOOD TOOL AND SAME WITH OBSE

TES4VIEWLINK IS GOOD FOR GETTING RID OF DIRTY MODS
