How do you extract the files to data when it is a 7z file without a readme or Zip?

7z is another form of zipped file. It can be extracted using the free 7-Zip program available here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15579

7-zip can extract almost all other forms of zipped files - zip, rar and others.

Be sure to read the documentation that comes with the 7-zip program.
