Is there any way to make an interior to look like outer space, all black and covered in stars? I managed everything xept the stars, so could anyone help me?

Make a script that toggles the sky (The command? ToggleSky) when the PC enters your cell and advances the time forward to night.

But in that case player could just rest until it's daytime, is there any way to stop the time, or make it night in 12 am?
