I'm new to this but i did do some modding for morrowind.

Bascially i've loaded a castle mod that i want to fix up a bit as currently its just not that fun. i'm trying to change a room but everytime i try to save it says it cannot as a 'temp file remains' and a reference i tried to delete did not delete properly or soemthing.

what can i do?

obviously the file im changing is the active plug in however, the room is conencted to a quest stream....does that means it the cell has like too many references connected to it so that you can't even delete a container in it?

how do i modify this mod?

ditto, don't go removing it if the object, world space ect is part of a quest or if the CS implements that it is a reference to an npc or something. Be careful, you can't mess up your game or anything, but you don't want to spend all this time on something an find out that your plug-in screws everything up!
