I have a few questions,
1. What are the temple quests? Where to I go to start them?
2. Where is the theives guild?
3. Where can I get a full set of Orcish armor?
4. What/where is the "High Fane" quest?
Note to moderators: I have used the search tool for all of these questions, came out with nothing. Also, I am a newbe, If this belongs in the spoilers forum please move it! Thanx.

1) The Tribunal Temple questline can be initiated by speaking to the priest-in-charge in Vivec's High Fane (Second-Southmost building in Vivec -- the one with the big rock floating alongside of it) or the temples in Balmora, Ald-Ruhn, or Molag Mar.
2) The Thieves' Guild has members that offer membership and quests in The Rat in the Pot (Ald-Ruhn), The South Wall Cornerclub (Balmora), Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub (Sadrith Mora), and Simine Fralinie's Bookstore (Vivec, Foreign Quarter).
3) Try looking around in Caldera's Ghorak Manor.
4) The High Fane quests are the quests offered at High Fane to members of the Tribunal Temple faction. High Fane itself is just Vivec's bloated temple.

There is no Orcish Armour in Ghorak Manor. All the Orcs there are clad in fur armour or plain clothes, and are armed with iron, Dwemer, or steel axes. And one has an ebony longsword.
Most of the Orcs in the Northern Dwemer ruin Mzuleft (South of Dagon Fel) have full suits of Orcish armour. There are also a few suits on the agressive Orcs in Valenvaryon, and three or four more by the statue of Malacath northwest of Dagon Fel.
The Orc Umbra, north of Suran, has a full suit. Killing him also gets you a nice artifact Soultrap-enchanted sword, Umbra.
The Temple quests are also initialized with the Shrines of the Seven Graces. It involves making a country-wide trip to seven different shrines offering items to the shrines and recieving the blessings. The book Pilgrims Path, given to you when you are assigned the task of the pilgrimage, updates your map with the locations of all the shrine locations.

No Orcish armor in Ghorak Manor? I beg to differ... Just search the crates near the NPC you need for Boethiah's Quest.

You can buy scrolls usually from any mage. I can remember that Arielle in Arielle Tradehouse Seyda Neen sells some.
You can you use scrolls by first selecting them by pressing + or - to browse through your magic items/spell/scrolls then when you find a scroll you want to use you press r to ready magic and click the mouse button. You can select scrolls doing it the quick way by pressing right click and looking through your inventory, looking to the right will show your magic items. Scroll down to the end and select which scroll you want to use then just exit inventory and press r and use your scroll.

The enchanters at every Mages' Guild location sell scrolls -- the NPC who offers this service in Balmora is Galbedir, at the uppermost level of the Guild of Mages building. If you have Tribunal, the scrolls are also sold in the Craftsmen's Hall.
The only places where you're guaranteed to find a Scroll of Invisibility is inside some random cave or dungeon; you might be better off looking for a potion that offers Invisibility -- there are two Cheap Potions of Invisibility in the Temple of Ald-Ruhn, and an additional potion in Berwen's shop located in Tel Mora. The potions are somewhat low quality, but that probably won't matter since the effect wears off at the moment you pick up the armor anyways.

Get the amulet of shadows 80% Chameleon (I think) then you become invisible but can wield implements, pick stuff up without becoming visible. To find it walk from Gnisis to Ald Velothi and as you approach the end of your journey offer to help a lady who has lost her ring.
I will move this to spoilers.

No i dont think that you get it from that lady. (after you have to kill her)
Ask the leader mage in the mages guild in Balmora about latest rumors. She will tell you that A imperial knight wants to talk to you. when you get there speak with him about work or something like that. He will give you a mission to kill al the people in the cornerclub in balmora. when you get back you will get a ring with have a 80% chameleon.

Silvuru, I didn't say you got it from the lady. I said you get it when you help her. I try not to give everything away in my posts if I can avoid it. The Amulet of Shadows is a much higher level of Chameleon than the item you are talking about 'The Ring of Surroundings.' I don't have my list with me today of the exact comparison but the ring is quite a lot lower.
BTW (off topic) although the Amulet of Shadows is worth little in money terms I believe it is unique. The Ring of Surroundings despite it's massive price tag (32000 gold IIRC) is not unique. That always struck me as strange.

About 60-50 points lower, in fact. The enchantment for the Ring of Surroundings, 'chameleon dance,' is Chameleon 20-30 points or 30 seconds.

actually, the ring of surroundings is unique. its talked about in the books about legendary items. the am. of shaddows is not unique, only really good. notice the distinct shape and color etc. of both: the am. of shaddows has a double as the extravagent saphire ammulet and the ring of surroundings has no double.'
Edit: but regardless thats OT.

sorry

It's not unique in my opinion if there are two of them. One is given as the reward for Larrius Varro's quest, and the other is in a chest in Dren Plantation's tower shack. And the Amulet of Shadow's "double" is an exquisite amulet, not an extravagant one.

Get it from another location. I mentioned quite a few above. I'd suggest going to one of those.

it isnt exquisite. it is the Extravagant Sapphire Amulet. There are also Extravagant Ruby Amulets. i know for a fact, because the exquisite amulets are those huge ones that look like the Hlervu Lockets.
where is this other "Ring Of Surroundings" though? i mean specifficaly. i didnt find it there, so maybe its a PC bug.
also, for help in stealing, the am of shadows lasts 30 seconds and isnt negated. use its enchantment, enter the building, steal, you wont be seen.

I guess I accedently started an argument.

cmac has agreed it is extravagant, there is no argument. However there are two Rings of Surroundings, the second where cmac says. IIRC it is in a locked small chest. The tower shack is the one with wooden steps up to it and Llaro Llethri inside.

i can help you with 1 piece of orcish armor. heard the rumours about an orc jumping from the rock at khartag point? go there and sniff around in the shallows near the base of the rock/statue. you will find a skeleton, with 2 skulls strangely enough, and an orcish pauldron.
