I looked on wiki to get a tut on creating a NPC or player moddle and i didnt fined anything. So can someone like make one, or tell me how to make a NPC/Player moddle

What do you mean? Like body mods? Like using the facegen? Like just defining an NPC?

Has one part where it covers some basic NPC creation.

As for body meshes, those require access to something like 3dsmax or Blender, and quite alot of skill with those programs before even thinking about trying to do something like that.
