I think the empire is using Solthseim as some kind of asylum, you know, rounding up the crazies and dropping them off on the frozen isle.

I say this because I have already encountered 2 utter nut-jobs. The first one was a naked breton male, the second a naked male orc, both were labeled 'Wandering Lunatic'.

ohhhh so THAT's what they are! ive found a few of them myself, also found a blithering idiot or something with a similar name.

also fort frostmoth IS used as a place 4 criminals 2 serve their time as sort of soldiers as u find out early on in the game so some of them might be a little mentally unstable

Found one or so as well, I killed him on sight thinking he was a Berserker without armor or a weapon. Then I saw the name and became a little worried about that he might have belonged to a quest of some sort :blink: . Thank Azura he wasn't .

I love finding these kinds of things in games, my mind starts to work overtime and as I look down at the dead lunatic lying at my feet , I think to myself,

'I wonder what his name was?' or 'Where was he from originally?'

I guess we'll never know :lol:
