I have some mods that require ver 14 or better to run correctly but they don't see 14a as being installed. It's must be something I've done wrong. Any help?

I've figured this out when I installed ver 14a it was placed in a folder 14a not in the default dir. Therefore the system was seeing 13. Dumb me
