When ever i get knocked down in oblivion i cant seem to get back up and i stay there and cant move.

I tried looking in the ini files but i cant find the get up timer plz help!

Are you being knocked off of a mount or are you being knocked down with hammers or arrows? Being knocked down with hammers can stun you for a second or two and being hit by arrows can actually paralyze you for about 7 seconds (depending on your difficulty level).
Getting knocked off of your mount causes a weird glitch that looks like you're still riding except that you're on the ground helpless. As far as I know, all you can do is wait for the game to recenter itself and hope you're tougher than whatever knocked you down.

any time im knocked down i just stay there i left the game on for a bout an hour and i didnt get up.

can some one copy an ini configuration board for oblivion so i can check if theres some thing wrong with it???
