Disabling comments
It is now possible to disable comments on all new files uploaded. This function cannot be turned on at a later date and also disables ratings as well.

Files that have their comments and/or ratings disabled now have visual recognition of this on the "manage files" page with "Disabled" text being placed next to the relevant comment and rating fields.

Files that have their comments disabled will not have a "comments" tab to click on.
