Adds up to 1594 community made weapons to the leveled lists.

I am still uploading all of the files. It is taking longer than I expected. I also have to get up in 6 hours so I may need to continue this tomorrow. It's a total of 10 files. Nine of them will be weapons. One is to be used in place of all of the other esp's.
Thanks for your patience.
Edit
Just noticed this was in the OB forum. Don't know why. I listed it as a Morrowind mod. I'll see about getting it moved.

someone do this for oblivion lol
EDIT by LHammonds - NOTE: It would be ILLEGAL to port Morrowind models that shipped with the game into another game...including Oblivion. This mod uses quite a few stock Morrowind models...just recolored.

Sounds promising, if you add some screenshots would be nice
I guess this won't work with Oscuro's, Francesco's, FCOM, etc, right?

I saw it on PlanetElderscrolls and it looks awesome. I think that when you will add your pictures this mod will have more success.
But isn't it an Oblivion mod instead of a Morrowind mod?

May 27 2008, 11:48 PM
No, it's for morrowind. I've been working. I need to get it moved. I don't know why it listed in the OB section. After I get all of the files uploaded I will add the screenshots.

@ DroxLeo420 - OB isn't they only game out there. Many people still play and mod Morrowind. Maybe you should check the MW boards a little more because mods are released almost every day for MW. Just because Ob is new and shiney doesn't make MW any less of a great game. This thread was automatically generated and for some reason it was posted in the OB section. I don't know why and I have asked for it to be moved to the MW section.
Quite frankly I am mad that you gave it a rating of 1 and have give no indication that you intend to use the mod. That's childish!
For the last time:
I CANNOT PORT THIS TO OBLIVION DUE TO MODDERS PERMISSIONS.
@ worm82075 - Your right and I plan to. I just haven't had time. Real life has been crazy the last few days.
Thanks everybody.

Awesome pack, too bad i got bored of morrowind quiet a while ago or I would use this no problem. I wish packs like this would come out for oblivion, similer to the Myths and Legends packs.
Btw: To 'DroxLeo420', nice job at ruining the rating of this mod from your own newbish misunderstanding and inability. You rated a mod for a game you dont even have/play, GG newb.
*Wonders if a GM could remove DroxLeo420's rating from this awesome mod*

WTF!? At first, when i saw this, i nearly SH!T myself... BUT THEN I REALIZED THIS ISN'T EVEN FOR OBLIVION!! wtf? Why are you even still modding morrowind? Is there any way to 'Port' the weapons to oblivion? This looks SO amazing, but its completely unusable to people who don't have morrowind or if they're playing oblivion. I gave you a 1 because the file isn't even supposed to be here. you simply MUST make this for obivion. And PLEASE for the sake of other's sanity, can you take this down from here?
I hope you enjoyed you stay, as it is now oover.
Goodbye!

Nice compilation.
That comment by DroxLeo420 was quite hilarious and was begging to be made into an example of a perfect choice for insta-ban material.
In case anyone else is thinking why these are not converted to Oblivion, it is quite easy to understand...many of these models are re-textured Morrowind meshes and as such, would be illegal to port directly to Oblivion or any other game. The custom meshes however could but only if the original creator gave permissions to do so but only a few state they are OK to be used in other Morrowind mods and almost none of them mention anything about porting to other games such as Oblivion so you would still need to gain the permission of the original author who might not even be reachable now.

Thanks everybody!
First, I'm sorry that someone had to be banned. Recently it seems that these measures have had to be used more frequently and understandably so. You are ultimately responsible for whatever you do. Even if it is just through a keyboard.
Thanks for explaining the legal issues for me LHammonds. Yes, there are a few weapons that I could port over to OB. But, from just a quick peruse through my files, the number is around 300 meshes. It wouldn't even be the same. When I eventually get to modding on OB, I may bring some over if it hasn't been done yet.
What you aren't understanding is it's not just the meshes. It's the textures too. Many of the weapons use stock MW textures. Those would all have to be reassigned with new textures if the mesh was available.
I have a lot more work to do with this entire project. I am working on a Armor completion right now. Next is Light, medium and Heavy armors. After that it's clothes.
I'm making it so that you can build your game to your particular preference. I'll be releasing the armors as I get them done. As I get more of these modules done, it will make more sense. Making smaller downloads also makes it easier for me to update them as I find more material and get the permissions.

#1 - I haven't purchased Oblivion yet. I'm still fuming over Pete calling us modders hackers.
#2 - I didn't make any of the meshes or textures. What I did do was download several hundred mods and sort through them. Contact the makers for permissions. Assemble everything. Make Icons and build the leveled lists. It's really about organization, tenacity a perseverance. Basically I'm stubborn.

Nobody else wanted to do it so I did it myself!:)

Fantastic compilation! Thanks for putting this all together, sandman! BTW, is your nick a Logan's Run reference?

No, it's a reference to my actual name. Sandman has been a nickname for me for a long time. 101 hasn't been taken very many places so...
Thanks!
Enjoy!
