I installed Psycho's Disrobe Spell Mod and have had a lot of fun with it, but when I created a new character a few days ago, he was born with it - but he somehow lost it before he reached the sewer exit at the start of the game. It counts as a Lesser Power, but now there are no Lesser Powers in my altmer's spell inventory. What could have happened?

I've searched on Oblivion mod sites but can't find where I downloaded this mod from. (Was hoping to find some explanation in the faq there, but since I can't find it again.... sigh)

Have anybody here heard about it or know of it? Do anybody know where I can find it discussed? Is there a Console Code I can use to get it back on my character? Would uninstalling/reinstalling work? (I've tried checking/unchecking it from the Data File list, but that doesn't do anything.)

It still works when I upload savegames with my advanced character who has it in his inventory, and it is still checked in the Data List with all my other mods. I haven't installed any new mods after getting it, and it has worked nicely for weeks - until I created this new character. (I'd rather not have to start playing him from the start of the prison cell again, since I altered his looks considerably before exiting the sewers, and I don't know if I can manage to make him look the same way again.)

Anybody know how to help?

Basically:
Load the mod in CS and get the number of the spell. It typically will start with three 0's (zeroes). Replace the first two zeroes with the hex code of the load order of the mod: either count it down or read the number directly with Wrye Bash.
OR -- kill the mod, save, load, save, and then recheck the mod and go get your spell.
OR-- go into CS and give the spell to a different NPC and buy it again for $0.
OR -- download Naughty Joanna, go into the CS and save the script (load error, not saved) (you can also edit Joanna so she is better looking or great looking). Once you have saved the script, you can use the new spell instead of the other spell with an action nudie result. disclaimer, have not tried on male npc's.
n.b. Also, sometimes depending on Edgar and what mods are loaded, he may not have the spell, so give the spell to a different NPC.
