Is there such a mod that allows a person to weild (Use) two weapons at the same time, cause it would be awesome to pull like a Legolas from LOTR and fight with teo Elven short swards eah?

So if anyone knows of such a mod, let me know.

This question has kind of a trick answer. There are mods that give the "appearance" of holding two blades. The trick is that the blade in the left hand is actually a shield. It looks like a sword, it is held like a sword, but it causes no damage.

Seph has a beta dual weild ( no shield both swords attack ) mod thats been out for about a month or so.

just do a normal search here with the word seph, you should be able to find it pretty quick. IT IS ONLY A BETA THOUGH. But still a good one.

I am using the dual wielding mods and it is awesome! like said, the offhand weapon does not deal damage but there are animations, the character actually swings the offhand and looks like a hit but it is only animation, but you must give it a try, you should see the way the character runs is awesome... IMHO dual wielding is a must
