How about a mod where you can take your current armor and paint, sculpt, add to it, and change bassically every aspect of it in game? I think that would be nice, no more cheap ugly elven or daedric armors

You can.

You just need a modeling program and a texturing program and possibly an importer/exporter.

And the skill to use either/both of them.

Anything short of that just isn't possible within the game.
