the first one is called the chainsawd, and supposedly came out of a dimensional rift deep within a relics site. where did it come from before that? perhaps Cyrodil
the second is the svaltus sword. It's a blade of light with a dark aura that's wielded by a massive metal creature called a svaltus.
as far as the swords go, I think that the svaltus sword would be easier to... hmm, I really can't tell which would be easier as I have not designed any meshes or textures. either way, I'm requesting these swords for a mod. I'm betting people would like to swing one of these things into the face of a dremora
