I'm in Vos. I need either a shrine or an Imperial Cult Alter to restore my attributes BADLY!!! Can anyone tell me where the closest location is and how to get there?

Do you have a divine intevention scroll or spell so that it can teleport you to a imperial cult altar? Apart from that you'll have to walk to Sadrith Mora to the Imperial Cult shrine in Wolverine Hall.

There is a temple in Vos that has a shrine. You are not taken there by Almsivi intervention spells but you can use it if it does what you need.
