i reached factor rank for the ecc but when you browse/ put cursor over it you have excess useless information displayed in the form of lots of 0s to reach the next rank. Any new patch/update to sort this out?

This is caused by the faction not having the usual number of rank entries -- a plugin called "Factor Fix" that can be downloaded at RPGPlanet fixes the problem.

indeed i located and install the plug-in but it doesnt work, it says the master files are incorrect or something :S ive noticed this with the other plug ins as well, is there some kind of special installation you need to do?

No special installation. To get a Master File error, you must have disabled one or more Master Files (Morrowind, Bloodmoon, or Tribunal). Equip or reequip those to get rid of the error message. If that doesn't work, then individually disable and then reenable the mods to see which one is causing the error.
