with all the middleware and tertiary type programs out there, (ie script extender, fps optimizer, enhanced, etc.) i thought there should be a general discussion about them.

i for one would LOVE it if someone could create a midware havok engine for morrowind, now that "havok complete" is now free of charge for noncommercial use for developers, and i'm sure that someone on here is part of a development team.

so please if you can, programmers or developers, help us make my amazing vision into reality!
