Can anybody make a mod that includes Final Fantasy's Genesis' clothing weapons and possibly hair? (and sorry if I may have bad grammar)

Go to the download site and search for pizz and you will see a lot of Final Fantasy clothing, including a store called Hiyoko that sells a massive amount of clothing. There are lots of pictures so that you can see how it looks.

I have not found what I am looking for in those mods...
