I think what is particularly brilliant about this picture, is that while (and I do not mean to brood) the character has been given undoubtedly improbably large breasts, they do not immediately strike you as being so.
Attention is drawn away from them by, in part, the blandness of the top she is wearing, (certainly bland compared to a lot of the other wonderfully preposterous female clothing mods around). Which is what I'd expect is the effect the character, by the look of her (and if she existed), wishes to achieve. If I had that kind of chest I'd be pretty self-conscious, I wouldn't know though - I'm a bloke, I don't have breasts, at least not yet unless I stay in good shape.
Mostly however, and more importantly, it's the intensity of her facial expression which captures your gaze. This is both an achievement artistically but also technically as far as the game's concerned as I sure as hell wouldn't know how to make my character look like that.
It is this that sets it apart from from most other female character pose images, this, to me, doesn't try to show how sexy your character is, or how badass your character is, but what kind of character your character is (which, if you ask me has ironically served to make her even more sexy). In the picture she looks melancholy, what could she be melancholy about I wonder?
Roleplaying is, after all, all about making up characters and living their life for as long as it takes to finish the game.

Excellent. By far, one of the best screens I have seen on this site. It makes me very sad though seeing her face, because she is obviously not very happy, but also I'm sad because I'll never be able to make such a beautiful character xD
