Those are master trainers. You won't need to go that far. There are people about in Balmora - Shannat Pansamsi in the Morag Tong building, Caius Cosardes himself, Aurnie Vanne in the Hlaalu council chamber and Hasphat Antabolis in the Fighters' Guild.
