I was messing around with the TES construction set and helping my little brother cheat and I saw the soulgem Azura's Star. I was wondering how you get that in the game. The only location it lists it under is called ToddTest, so I have serious doubts that you just pick it up somewhere. So how do you get it?

Get it by doing the quest you get from the shrine of azura on azura's coast region. it is on your fold out map.

This is a spoiler...sooo to the spoilers it goes!

You get it from the statue of Azura in Azuras shrine. Look on your Morrowind map, find Azuras shrine, go in the shrine and talk to the Statue of Azura. She will give you a mission which is quite easy. Look on your map, there are 4 islands above Dagonfell, go to the one second to the left and kill all the monsters like Azura said and go back to the shrine and talk to her statue and she will give it to you.

But don't go to the hut on that Island otherwise you won't get it.

But you have to get Sheogorath's Signet Ring off the corpse of the Golden Saint Staada.

So then you can catch Vivec and Almalexia right? What will you be able to enchant? And is the exquisite amulet/ring with 120 enchant points really the highest?

No, because my Daedric Tower Shield has an enchant of 225 points. and Im not sure if you can get Almalexia's soul, but Vivec's you can get with a Grand Soul Gem also.

Short of all Daedric items, then exquisite clothes are the best. Also the official Helm of Tohan plugin adds the Adamantium Helm of Tohan to the game. It has 150 Enchant points, more than any other helm.

Correction: Helm of Thohan = 150 Enc. Value not 120, Daedric Tower shield 225 not 255.
