Can any of u guys make like an ff7 world it world be crazy. To me when i look at IC on the map it looked like midgar. the white tower look like the mako tower.so all im sayin is it would be cool if some made a ff7 world

The time spent just making the models would not be worth the lawsuits you would have to deal with. No person, nor group of persons would have the amount of time needed to do this, atleast from a visual standpoint, nevermind getting things to function right. Even a "FF Themed" TC would be a major undertaking, and probably trigger a legal response.

Too hard, no one here would dedicate that much time to making Advent.

Well, there are plenty of tutorials around that'll help.

Although I'll give you a bit of advice.

Use proper english. It's the difference between life and death for a mod. Seriously, there's a pirate mod where the companion greets you with "WAZZZZZZZUPPPPP" and "uz wantz b33r?"
