i need a team of abot 5 ppl. I need a quest maker, anyone who can make npc's and a mesher. I will be great full of any help. ive already started the little vilage but i need help with the castle.

You need to give some more info on whats going to be in the mod, whats going to be new to attract people to it because there are loads of city/village mods but most of them have nothing new in them just a couple of huts and one or two quests. So if I were you I'd first get more ideas because your plan is a too small.
