If you want anyone to even think about helping you, you're going to have to give more information than "i want teh 1337 m0d". What kind of city are you making? What help do you need? What have you done and what will you do?

it will be by the bitter coast and will be like a dumer city shops,houses,alot more but needs people who can make interiors,exteriors, and models for new buildengs.ok

First, learn basic english. Why should anyone take your project seriously if it isn't even worth a few extra seconds of your time to ask for help correctly?

Second, your "plan" is way too minimal. Two lines isn't even close to enough. As I said, show some effort of your own... draw a map of the city. List exactly what things you need done for interiors/exteriors, what type of buildings you need modeled.

Third, are you doing anything? We don't have infinite free time just praying someone will come along with an idea to work on. And we're not going to do all the work for you (unless you start talking $$$ payment).

Fourth, we have an edit function for a reason. Use it instead of double posting.

Then I can tell you this much, you're never going to find any help. No sane person is going to spend more than a few minuites on a project as poorly defined as yours.
