Anyone who uses my Oblivion mod and reads the Bethesda Games Studios forums will recognize me.

I posted my mod thread here due to repeated hostility from the BGS forums community and the moderators there. I got fed up of them and posted my mod thread here. A lot of people who make mods have been getting flamed in the BGS forums, including me.

I have been updating my mod for about half a year(link is in my signature).

Note the first line of my signature. The point is that if people flame anyone who makes mods, no one will bother updating their mods for the public, and everyone who doesn't know how to mod may as well get an Xbox for Oblivion.

You were flamed on the Bethesda Studios Forums? That doesn't sound good....

I haven't recently seen any flamers or trollers on BGS. It couldn't be any worse than Newgrounds, could it? Well I'm not on the game studios forums much. I just check for messages, and so on. The only thing that concerns me, is this site, and my own forums. I'm also on the Hermetic Synod, and my friend's site also. Which his site is not really related to Elder Scrolls.

Welcome. I don't have anything to do with the mod section of the forum but I do know that we occasionally get flamers. It is a fact of life that a few people always like to make trouble. In the other sections of the forum we have had little trouble of late.

here at the nexus ppl seem to be very friendly, and not afraid to tell ppl that they need help, or that their mod could improve over a certian point.

Welcome to the forums! I haven't been keeping up with the new Oblivion mods lately (Busy with my quest mod for Oblivion together with Malchik, and I check the Morrowind Mod Forums), so I have no idea of who you are.
But the more modders around, the better!

Welcome to Tesnexus. Always happy to see another modder. The moderators here are great. They have been known to come down hard on flamers. The Nexus Forums is a little more mature than BGS. Not necessarily in age, but in the attitude toward childish behavior such as flaming.

Yeah, the moderators are definitely here to help. It's hard for me to resist replying to a very offensive comment, but I feel the urge to defend my place, and tell the flamer to get lost. Now I know this ain't a smart move, but the mods can clean it up as I'm sure they will.
