NOTE- This is not a question to the devs, but a thread geared mainly at fellow gamers. Devs are most welcome however happy.gif

What if, in MEmod, you had to ability to be a Beorning? I think would be cool, being able to shapeshift and all, but it might be a bit unbalanced.

To make it balanced, you would be unable to access your "Man-form inventory" and of course you couldn't wear armor or weild weapons. You could only eat what you got in the wild, like fish, berries from bushes, boars, etc...

People might shun you or even attack you if they saw you change =)

I dunno =P, what do you guys think?

If you are interested in Beornings, and like to RPG, you might want to talk to Kethruch in the Arcangel thread. I know that he's running Beornings in that campaign.......

Erm...uh, I don't know why someone moved this to the Lore section, as it was geared to the MEmod and not general "Lore".

Daerk
I moved it, as it's related to the Lore of Middle-Earth, and how such lore could possibly be implemented into MEMod.

I'd be a fox all the time!

Hahaha, too bad that isn't possible with Beornings!

They can only shift into a bear =)

It would be wicked cool, well kind of like a werewolf. Except you would be one from the beggining. Maybe you'd have to side with certain races who didn't mind Beornings, so they would take you into their society whereas the others may dislike you... Just a thought!
