I am having trouble loading certain types of mods. Mods like Beautiful People, TNR face mesh overhaul, and Soya Hair, won't load. I have gotten Beautiful People to work in the past, but ever since I uninstalled and reinstalled Oblivion, Beautiful People and mods like it won't load.

I'm using OBMM to install the mods. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
