I hate that she may be gone also...seemingly because of something I said that had nothing to do with her. I hate apologizing but I have done it and I am glad for it. I hate that life just gets way too serious sometimes...I hate that my life is so much serious for real that the things on these threads are not as serious to me as maybe they should be.

I hate that as human beings we all make mistakes, I'd rather be perfect, but then I wouldn't be me.
I hate that feelings got hurt thru missunderstandings on many parts and don't want my friends leaving for any reason
I hate that at times I think to much and wonder why, when all I should be doing is living
josh900
i hate being woken up by my neighbers loud music "if you can call rap music" at 2 in the morning
i hate that when my mom called the cops about it "this has been going on for a month" they told her to get over it
Aeryn333
I hate that I upset people and others worry without meaning too, that bothers me the most..
I hate, hate, so this is hard..I wish this thread was i do not like..hate is so harsh..but its the name and I have to go with it..
I hate that I misunderstand and am misunderstood, by so many simply because of cultural differences of expression.
I hate that I had to feel a need to come here today, and do an I hate, and I am glad I do not have to come back here for I like the I like thread better.
I hate that I don't know how to do one liners good.. like I talk to much sometimes, and then at times not at all.. and withdraw inside..but thats me..
I hate that it might irritate people my Corkian way of expressing things, comes out as natural as the language people grew up with does.., like here in Cork, everyone begins their sentences with like and end it with like or la, and that might upset or bother those who think its redundant sounding..But is my language and it will slip out..like it or not...Like I am around it all the time, it will come out..la
I hate feeling I have to explain myself to be understood..I know I don't have to but I hate I feel I do..
I hate that I came back to the I like thread and probably overdid it because I was nervous..
I hate to say this, but I am glad I got this out and can leave this thread sorry everyone, but I like the I like thread better, but just needed a few things off my chest..

I hate that words cut deeply too
I really hate that your heart aches, for if one womon aches we all do..
I hate that though I know why... for me... words once said sometiems can cut so deep, for they are like a stone cast on the water, that causes ripples that can travel out the full length of the waters of our hearts, and the bigger the heart the farther the ripples travel, and the heart aches..until it reaches the shore of the other side.

*I Hate* the name of the thread is not "I Do Not Like" like Aeryn suggested.
But the thread was already named and we have to deal with it or start over.
*I Hate* that Chesto willingly consigned himself to live in Britain. ...heh...
*I Hate* that the parent(s) of somebody dear to me won't let her visit Nexus.

*I Hate* you've had a bad week. But buck up, it's Sunday, so it's only been one day.

I really don't "hate" anybody/thing... hate is unproductive, and takes too much energy.
I do, however, have an intense dislike of ethnocentrism (people who believe themselves to be superior to others just by 'virtue' of their native language or country of origin).

Oh yeah... and Larry the Cable Guy.
There's not enough marijuana on the planet to make that a**hole funny.

I dislike intensely generalities, or anyone who might misunderstand the nature of a post, and not the history that brought it about.
I also dislike intensely the confusion of pride as superiority

I also abhor(preferable word than hate..Bigotry also..
moszibby
*I Hate* (not really...more like regret) there's not enough marijuiana in the world to make Larry the Cable Guy funny because some of us smoked boat loads of it years ago. Weren't no stems or seeds that we didn't need...... faer oot und grooovy mon. ....heh.....wow....you see that ?

I hate that WoogieMonster doesn't believe in finding truth..
Lisnpuppy
I hate that WoogieMonster knows too much about the trusth. The trusth of life..and death..and the singular truth that can only come from facing death head on when you are the end point of a bullet.

Truth is relative folks, lets try to remember that.

I hate truth being sold short. As far as I see, the only subjectivity you can find in truth is in language-vagueness/differences and abstracts.

Hey, good tidings, nice name you have, sure you're a nice person, nice to meet you, howdy-do! I'm not going after you in the next couple paragraphs, I don't know you, but I wanted to have a pow-wow circle and delivery my thoughts; then maybe we can understand each other in some completely off-topic way in this thread about hate,

Depends on what kind of truth you're going after, such as, the truth of the compounds of sugar; in the context of the human language and classification it's quite sweet and it has a certain chemical compounds. It is one's own opinion or feeling that sugar signals sweet to them, being varied with no singular truth there. Now the truth of sugar is in what it's made of, and the truth is it is made up of a multitudes of things. It doesn't matter if it's a trace element or a noxious gas, these are just physical things that our way of communicating has communicated through the ever diverse language system. All things have things in common, basically! Therefore life gives birth to life and that life has life in common. Therefore, truth must then have truth in common.

The truth may be relative to the the artists rendition, this is not truth, but the mind's way of receiving and processing things, like these words. Truth is more than an opinion and no one man can contain it without it contained within. Be still, be silent, and look around to people next to you and around you, and to your parents, speak no words, communicate no details and then will you begin to understand truth. Words are a vibration that pushes us away, silence be the calm of the sea, marvel not, lest distraction falleth on ye by the words instead of the meaning; life is the truth and cannot exist without love; the glue that sticks us together; nor is it limited to any one shade of paint on a pastel. Ordinary or even extraordinary worldly facts are not truth:

-> Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
-> These things I command you, that ye love one another->
-> You will be thrown you out of the synagogues. Yes, a time is coming when the one who kills you will think he is serving
-> God. They will do this because they have not known the Father or me.
-> I made your name known to them, and will continue to make it known, so that the love you have for me may be in them and I myself may be in them

Jesus Christ was truth, the way, and the life. Now one cannot debate on what is true because we have an answer. There can be misunderstandings that lead others to have fights over truth, even if they don't know truth, making both parties far off. Look to what is true and what that truth is at the core of the apple. The world's truths are conditional facts rather than unconditional truth; sugar may at some time or space be completely different in chemical structure, due to changes in the elements in that time or space, with the same label and taste. No I'm not talking about Splenda; what I mean is even the fundamental knowledge we have considered true may be proven completely wrong and therefore not unanimously a solid truth. Sugar may cease to exist as we thought it to be. Don't hold your breath in space! Similarily, oil may turn into a festive drink at parties, with properties beneficial to the human race. Due to adaptations in a barren wasteland due to fallout after a major war; making those once truthy statements by scientists and health care specialists about oil being bad to injest completely false! Conditional facts and observations in the making - Truth is always the same for it to be true, otherwise it's just a conditional or consequential fact! Truth and trust in things is different than trust in truth.

Love binds us closer to truth in that both must be unconditional to be true, and nobody has truth in them without trusting in truth. We have to trust otherwise how could we ever know truth? Truth can be found in language, and the "Word of God." I don't mean just the Bible actually; each word when connected stay the same and are unconditionally true whether or not the purpose of the culmination of the seperated words is righteous.

Anyway that's what I know about truth for right now, there is more to truth than I dare to limit. Trust me.

Today I'll hate ............nothing!
myrmaad
Interesting topicality on which I'd normally have much to say.. but today I'm so sick I can barely hold my head up. I'm between waves of nausea at the momet.

On truth, though..

Humans are subject to subjective perception.

Good communication prescribes realizing that each person's perceptions have validity to them, and those who observe the practice of "good boundaries" respect those subjective perceptions as being valid for that particular person, whether they are valid to my view or not.

The question is not what do I perceive, it's what do they perceive?

While I may be completely vindicated in my own view of the "idea"'s invalidity, the other person's perception is not my area of concern, unless I'm an oafish rude lout who does not understand what good boundaries are.

That said, good boundaries are the key to constructive relationships.. I may not agree with a word of what you said, but I respect to the utmost your right to see it that way.

Enough of rambling sickly babble from me. I can't believe I made it ths far. Still on the couch with the laptop though. Sideways.

I hate drivers that drive slowly for no reason. I don't care if those people aren't in a rush, but I have to make it to certain places at a certain time. Sure, that's not their problem, but if they're driving they need to go the speed limit. If they can't do that, they shouldn't be on the road.

I agree that hatred is a useful and valid emotion, but that it is not an appropriate counterpart to the "I like" thread.
