Hi!! I am a total beginner of the CS and of modding.
but I would really like to learn and maybe be able to
make mods of my own. I wonder where i can find the
CS, is it the same Cs as for Morrowwind, what do i need
for other programs. If you know of some good newbie-
tutorials for using CS and for modding in general or if
you have any advice or tips please tell me about it.

It is a different CS than Morrowind, however it is similar. You get it at the official beth site here: http://static.bethsoft.com/utilities/tes_c...set_1.2.404.exe

Learn the CS first, then look for other tools that are oriented toward what you want to do. Everything else depends on being able to use the CS.
