Pose Thumbnail for sure yes! I use it along Actors in Charge without problems. Time ago I installed Personality Idles as well but there was some issues (don't recall well though..). Just try it, if your poses mod along with the normal idles will work then use it. If not remove it.

The pose mods listed there works well together. For the load order check an helper like FCOM helper and use it as guideline to adjust your load order.
