I picked up the list from the custom smith in Mournhold and was shocked to see the amounts of material required to custom build a suit of armor. Here's the question: Is it worth it? Has anyone managed to build a complete set? Medium Armor is a main skill of mine and trained pretty high, so am I going to gain much from custom fitting?

er, in a word, no. adamantium ore is incredibly uncommon and difficult 2 find in my experience. wud be easier 2 just kill that guy walkin around in ebonheart wearing the full suit or steal it.

I think you can buy all the Adamantium armor in Mournhold. And by visiting Druscapooi (the Quarra vampire base) you can get a full suit of Ebony and Glass armor... just make sure you have around a level 23 or so character to kill the vampires wearing it.

Ahhh. Okay, that's good to know, thanks. I was wondering if it was worth the time. Guess not. Sounds like theft and murder are the way to go! Good thing my character is something of a sociopath anyway. The ninja rides tonight!

so the "custom" armor gives no bonuses? not even ur name on it? wow what a rip off, i was kinda hopping that it would be slightly better than normal since it is supposedly fitted to you, o well

How many Fargoth hides do I need to make a full suit?

about 10 to make a full suit.
the one advantage that the custom armor (for adamantium i know of but not necessarily the others) is that for the female curiass it fits to your body type, so instead of something really bulky that makes you look manish your boobs will show through, that i think is the only real thing

I play a male argonian so that bonus is moot

Hey why dont you make some fargoth armor his head as a helm feet as boots ect but this would take a lot of modeling though

Or even better: Put a damned helmet over his head (somehow) and we won't have to see his ugly, putrid, scary face.
