Can we add our own tips? smile.gif

Mine would be get a bow and good sneak skill, add a poison then hide and stick a arrow through someone's eyeball. Um... on second thoughts, if it doesn't kill first hit i'd probably be laughing so hard at the ole arrow in the eyeball routine that i'd forget to fight back sad.gif

Better tip. Learn to use damage strength poisons, enchantments, and spells on melee opponents with large amounts of health. Since these opponents are usually also wearing heavy equipment, they will eventually become unable to move. You will however need to lower it by 80+ points before any effect can be seen, but once you do, you can just stand back and fill them full of arrows.

other damage spells can be useful to a lesser extent. Damage wisdom can be useful against spell users if you are a Breton or have a decent magic resistance. Damage intelligence also works on spell casters by affecting their maximum mana, but this can be hit or miss depending on what you're fighting, some things like wraiths attack with abilities which have a low mana cost, so may not be significantly affected.

Drains may allow large amounts, but only last until the spell is over, damage spells can stack with eachother. A bow enchanted with 5-10 points of damage strength can do wonders if you have a collection of filled soulgems you can burn through.

Another tip would be to have a fairly large drain health enchantment on a weapon. This tends to be more effective on NPCs with healing spells. By making them think that they are more damaged than they are, you can occasionally force them to waste time casting healing spells, rather than attacking. This is an advantage over other methods, like silence, damage magicka, in that the NPC still dies when their health is 0, even with the drain in effect. Meaning that if your able to deal actual damage faster than they can heal, or if the drain keeps them below a point where they are forced to heal, you can fight without taking much damage yourself. Since it is a weapon enchantment, and NPCs can't block while they're casting spells, you can keep the drain active without any significant duration.
