hey i was just wondering wether it is possible for me to make my own npc's for the game, bearing in mind that i've never made any mods before

Of course you can make your own NPCs. Read the WIKI instructions for mods. Learn to use the CS and lets see what you come up with. Remember, at one time no one else had ever made any mods either. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
