If your needing help with a particular problem, you should probably ask in the appropriate sub-section of the forums. Doing so will yield results far faster as there are only a small percentage of people who view or post in the Newbies section. I think you'll also find that there are some who are extremely competent in troubleshooting and they regularly frequent these sub-sections.
