I can't seem to find the akatosh mount which lets you SUMMON him.

I want the file which gives you a spell to summon him.
I don't need the file which you have to find him!!!
I'm in the masser (Mount archon) but I can't find the vulking hell spire! it's getting annoying DAMMIT!!
