Do i download the expansions right away with the game ? lol or after i beat it cause i alreayd started it
Honestly, it depends on your gamestyle.
But as for the "technical" part of your question, yes, it's perfectly fine to install the expansions now. It won't mess up the game at all.
Just to be clear, you are talking about Bloodmoon and Tribunal, right? The OFFICIAL expansion pack?

I waited about four months to download the expansions, just remember its better to play them in order.
