Try to set the reselution down a bit. And try to stop the sound or remove the shadows.

BTW have you used the search button? there are many topics like this with much more ideas.

If you can bring up the option menu try turning all the sttings down and test if that works.

There is a pinned topic on preventing crashes to desk top. Try looking at that. If it doesn't help post details of your computer and let the experts advise. BTW this should be in technical support. Moving.
