Here are a couple of simple to use Hardware ID tools that might come in handy. Read below to see what each does. Yes, i'm aware these programs have been out for ages & yes i'm aware everyone here prob already knew about them. Still, for those that didn't, this post is made for them.
1) CPU-Z
