My character has Daedric Pauldrons, greaves, and boots. I have The Helm of Oryan Bearclaw, the Ebony Mail, and the Fists of Randagalf. My sword is a Daedric Dai Katana with 70-100 Fire Damage on strike. Im lvl 50, and all my Major skills are 100, and 4 of my minor skills are 100. I live in the Clockwork city, and have almost all unique items. I have beat both expansions.
Anyone better? I wish to hear some feedback.

Hmm... let's see... my best character (legit) has:
A full Daedric suit, all pieces enchanted with fortify heavy armour skill (highest I've gotten my armour rating to so far is 722). He uses Trueflame (20-75 damage, 50 pts fire damage, think you have me beaten there

), Level 75, all Major skills at 100, all of my Minor skills at 100 besides Security. I live in "a good place to stay", and have... a lot of unique items, but by no means all of them

I've beaten both expansion main quests and the MW main quest. Also beaten Almalexia and Vivec on hardest difficulty, and beat the Lich Lord of the Firemoth mod on hardest difficulty.
So yeah, he's totally overpowered and ugly looking in that armour, but it seems to work well

don't know if he's really "better", especially since I used master trainers to get him to where he is.

possibly
level 63 dark elf, all major and minor skills are are 100, since i have a uncapping mod, some are at 110, my best is short blade, which is at 142, to even it out i have mods that make it 4x harder to level up, every creature are 3 times stronger, and npcs are 2 times stronger, with armor their 4 times stronger, i have a full set of glass armor, all are enchanted with various constant effects, sheild 50pts in total, nighteye 20, fortify strength 50, and many other ones at 10-50, especially magicka.
my weapons are
Primary - Daedric Short sword, 100health damage for 3 seconds, absorb fatigue 4pts for 30 seconds, do the math ^_^
Secondary - Trueflame

My character is not like Switch's, but like him I have done it all on hardest from the start. I set myself a challenge to do every quest including those daedric and vampiric, do every every faction quest including Redoran/Hlaalu using the glitch, threads of the webspinner, Grey Morag Tong writs etc. I wanted every skill to be 100, to have obtained every unique item and to carry this from Morrowind into both expansions and all official plug ins without significant mods or cheats. My challenge was to see how long it would take. I've done it but for three minor Morrowind miscellaneous quests that I am finishing off now.
I won't tell you how long it took me (in-game days) but am prepared to challenge anyone to stick to those rules and beat me!
However having done it, I have to say I enjoyed other games more.
I do have two mods - master trainers and master slave key but they hardly impact on the game.

Malchik, then a problem arises, you say you want every unique item, however certain quests would have you make a choice to recieve a certain item or another what is your choice here?

Just to make things clear, I didn't actually have it on hardest from the start as this was my first legit game, I had it on -100 most of the time until I decided to set myself more challenges much later on (by then +100 wasn't really a challenge either)

Okay, every item that is listed in the book beside the dwarf in the Corprusarium, every item that you can sell to he Mournhold museum and every item listed as unique on the UESP site. I don't think there are clashes but if there are can you point them out to me. I have to say that you can't have Goldbrand and Eltonbrand since one turns into the other but to have Eltonbrand you had to have had Goldbrand. Also I haven't tried selling all the items to the Mournhold Museum because I enchanted a couple of them and that effectively changes them.
But I suspect this is going off topic. So for the posters benefit I will add that I wear the Lord's Mail, fists of whosis, Helm of Tohan enchanted with constant night-eye, adamantium armour enchanted with fortify skills (or cast when used in some cases) exquisite clothes with permanent water breathing, water walking and fortify long-sword. I use Marara's ring, Necromancer's amulet and either ring of fortify speed or strength depending on the situation.
Hope that covers everything.
Oh, I carry only one weapon - Eltonbrand.

Corithalion -
Level 74
Played completely at 100% difficulty
Has Eltonbrand, the Fists of Randagulf, the ebony cuirass (the one from the end of the temple quests) - the shield from Ibar-dad, Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, mixed other armor (total AC = 278), An amulet with restore health 1-9 on it, a robe with fortify strength 1-47, pants with light 40 in 40' rad, shirt with strength 1-21, belt with restore magicka, two rings, strength 1-47 on each (adjusted strength is about 250 - amazing what that does to the damage you do as well as allowing you to carry a ton). A bunch of other stuff that does small stuff.
Beaten all major quests, most minor quests, one shot most things, though I tend to strike first with a sword that traps souls, which I put the major ones in Azura's star, to create more items for flexibility. All of my major and minor skills are at 100, as are all of my stats (I figured out early on to add luck every level).
I did this without the benefit of any mods, and I tend to not use training above level 20 (It's more fun to get the stats up that way, I think). Like Malchik, I refuse to answer the question on how long it took on the basis it might incriminate me.

I'd like to point out how hard it is to ge to level 75, let alone 125. You must have levelled up every single skill to 100, which is especially hard because of the scarcity of some materials or weapons. But I guess you can't show us a screenshot, being on XBox.

i also played it on +100 in the difficulty slider, it starts off hard though, i mean...getting killed by a rat doesnt help your confidence at level 2...now i get killed golden saints that like to attack in 3's to 6-'s, thanks to a little mod a made, by adding more creatures in the daedric ruins...now i dont go anywhere near them, i may have 295 health, but that stops me from going in there :o
now im lvl 68, did a bit of playing last night, got past a few quests, finally got that skull in fort frostmoth (thanks to malchik and switch for the help)...and....died a few times fighting groups of.....rickling raiders <_<

It's not that difficult to get to super levels as long as you ahve the following>
- Money
- Knowledge of the master trainer in your skill
- An item to bring your stat over 100
just find the guy, and with your stat modified to over 100, the master trainers will train you forever, as far as I could tell.
I did this once when I figured it out, and lost all joy in the character soon afterward.

First: My Imperial Paladin (custom obviously) is Lv. 76 and has no need to go above. He has 100 in all skills and attributes. Has a full suit of Daedric Armor with the best enchantments ever to walk the face of Morrowind.... RESTORE HEALTH constant effect. My Life may not as high as some Lv.100+ cheat freaks but it never goes down because I regenerate that fast. My Daedric Dai-Katana has 95-100 fire damage on stike making it the best damaging weapon in the game.
Second: You people need to be more creative than just a Lv.100+ with legendary weapons and armor. And congradulations to any one who does make their own armor because it is better then those premade pieces of junk in the game.

My character is truely unstoppable at the level of 500. I have not cheated with uncapping mods or anything like that (since it is an xbox character).
I have most of the legendary items but do not use them all. I use the fists of rangolf (sp), ebony mail, and the bearclaw helm actually on my character. Most other legendary items are crap. For the rest of the armor slots i made custom enchant pices. I have a custom daedric tower shield with 45 constant enchant (the legendary one stinks with a cast healing spell). 2 high ordinator paldrons with 1 point of constant strenght each. Daedric dreeves with 50 constant feather on them. I have daedric boots with 1 constant retore to health. A shirt with 12 srength, pants 12 speed, necklace 24 strength, ring 24 strength, ring 8 jump (my favorite, allows me to jump up a 2 story building), and belt with 8 strength, all of which are constant effects and were created by me.
str 209 health > 4500
spd 136 fatigue > 1000
end 140 magic 300
agl 160
wis 100
prs 100
int 100
My character was also born under the atronoch and absorbs most spells that are cast as a permenent feature.

Also if your governing atribute is above 100 you cantrain a skill on a master forever and gain level points. this makes my level entirely possible.

I still have challanges even at my level of 500. The guards by almalexia in her chainbers in mornhold are killer. With the difficulty all the way up i cannot take them all especialy when they lower my strength to zero. I know i can tke down many people easily but it is challanging to take on groups of people, especially with the dificulty all the way up. Guard in numbers can do a lot. With out ever healing the earthly gods can almost kill you when you take every one of their hits. There are still chananges of finding many of the rare items that are out there and more.

Well um it is possble to get your long blade skill up over 100, but up to the thousands not likely that would be extremely difficult, its a glitch on the comp that my friend found, basicly you you get up the skills you like to 100, get arreested and sent to prison, no that bad mind you, and well contnue levelng up your skills, which will go up past 100 now, may not be true everysysem but on this one is, also you can cheat on the x box its really easy, all you have to do is do the drain skill cheat to get up your skills to 100 and when you train them agan to go to one it counts as a skill increase towards you levels

Well, this is Kinda Spoiler, so if you still think 500 armor is great, just lemme tell you that youre wasting your time. My record for Killing Vivec (game at 100% difficulty), trapping his soul in Azuras Star is with my latest character "Er Murazor". Read it and weep. Hes not a warrior, hes not a mage, hes a Merchant.
Skills: 75 Speechcraft, 75 Mercantile, 100 Alchemy, 100 Enchant, rest dont count.
Attributes: Int 50, Personality 60, rest dont matter.
Level: 1 (refused to level, never slept LOL),Time to trap Vivec, appx 2h 30 mins... how? No cheating... Heres some hints. It involves a ring that can be foun in Seyda Neen (unenchanted), which contains a soul gem (found filled)from Sadrith Mora, West Wing of The Inn...
Also to get some money, I stole a complete master set of Alchemy Equipment in Caldera.
Some neat Items I Made in a haste:
Lots of Chameleon clothes (up to 100%) (boots of blinding speed, rest chameleon)
And finally... you guess what i killed vivec with, trapping his soul....

Didnt you post that information else where?
Also 500 armor is impossible. I have almost all of the best armor in the game (all i need are the daedric pauldrons but tel fyr is the only person who has them and i cannot kill him) and my ar mor is only about 300. The only way to have 500 is to have all the pieces if the armor be close to 500 with the special item of +5 ( enter item type here) or have the pieces be 500 or more. The highest armor in the game is 333 (or 350 with the soecial item i just mentioned) and the stromgest set is 250 (or 280). keep in mind that that number only represents the amount that you would have with a full set. Each piece oly uses a certain percentace for example the curass is 40% of the total and 40% of its armor is added to your total. Also there are no skill fortification spells in the entire game (that you can get all are already enchanted on items in the ame).

Well, as a test, I'm going to make a mod that lets me do that in game, and see if it's even possible. Possible failure modes:
- GS/AS soul of insufficient size
- Price causes game to crash
- Maximum enchantability (in editor) insufficient
- Cash. Will cheat for this.
Apparently, the highest editor value is 65535 (hexadecimal FFFF)
RESULT: The highest magnitude Resist Element CE that I could put on Teh Robe of Teh Ubar was a whopping 38%....and that's for ONLY ONE element. (I did it using resst fire).
Then you start running into the limit of having a higher casting cost than you can aquire a soul for, although I didn't test any of the godsouls.

My armour changes a lot, depending if I feel like melee fighting or magic, etc. It's all personalized CE items. I hate all that junk like Ebony, that weighs tons. I like to travel really fast by jumping.
My favourite item is my Symboled Blade of Destruction, which is an Daedric Dai-Katana, enchanted to give me +100 strength with every hit (bringing total strength to 250 for duration of combat).

Personaly, I dont know how/why you could do that. How could you do it, because you are the best, and you can kill anything just by looking at it, because it had gas and made a funny face. Why would you do it? Do you realize how bored you would get? I mean, I would get bored. Being able to go anywhere in a matter f seconds because my speed was 100 would get boring. But thats me. I say good luck on that and have fun. I just started a new game only yesterday and am having fun walking around like a starved fat person going for a pizza with cinder blocks on his legs. And avoiding the guards. That is entertaining. Anyways, like I said, good luck and let us know when you be acheiving that goal.
