Could someone point me to a Mod Loading program?

I tried ReOrder Mods which worked a few times but now just gives me a Critical Error anytime I try to use it.

NM, got it working was getting error due to Read Only setting on a couple esp files copied from a CD I backed up the year of release.

If you are ever in need of one, wrye mash works very well.
